Goods returned to Kmax Leathers as a result of incorrect supply, defective or defective will be considered for acceptance only on the basis of the following requirement:
We accept goods within 30 days after which the customer will have received the order.
The buyer must ensure that the returned goods are in reusable condition, unused with all original packaging and price tag attached to the original invoice. When returning the wristwatch, it will not be accepted if it is not in the box as used as the shipping box. Meanwhile, we do not provide return delivery services only if there is an order failure on our part.
Upon receipt of the goods, the refund is processed within 30 days and will be paid in the original form. Note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that returned items that do not meet the requirements of our return policy will be rejected outright and refunds will not be considered.
All Quick Strike (QS), Limited Edition, Discount and Brand Support products cannot be returned or exchanged. Exclusion from this term is at the sole discretion of Kmax Leathers.
Items ordered online cannot be returned to the store.
At Kmax Leathers, online return policies are limited to items ordered online on our website www.kmaxleathers.com
Items returned in three or more quantities of the same product will not be accepted and as such, refunds will not be considered.
